SHOP INFORMATION

U.S. SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped via tracked services within the United States. All U.S. orders ship for a flat $15 fee and include full insurance for peace of mind. Signature confirmation is optional and can be added at checkout if desired. Once your piece is complete, your order will ship via expedited service and usually arrives within 5–7 business days.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, or for failed delivery attempts. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. Carriers may return or abandon packages after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts; in these cases, refunds cannot be issued. If an order is returned to me, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Please note that I have access only to the same tracking information provided to you. Carriers may also partner with local delivery services for final delivery. If you receive a failed delivery notification, I recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Orders shipped to the address provided are considered fulfilled. I am unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please email jdinthestudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Due to the handmade nature of the work, all sales are final.
​
If you have ordered an incorrect ring size, resizing may be available for an additional fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
​
Sale items, worn items, customized pieces, resized pieces, and one-of-a-kind (OOAK) works are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
​
Variations in finish, texture, patina, or form are inherent to handmade work and are not considered defects.
​
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
​
Requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase by emailing jdinthestudio@gmail.com. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Sale items are final sale and cannot be canceled once the purchase is completed.

PRODUCT DETAILS:
​
All pieces are handcrafted by me, Julia D’Antonio, in my studio. Each work is made slowly and by hand, which means subtle variations, surface marks, or slight differences may occur. These qualities are inherent to the process and are part of what makes each piece unique. All waxes are cast locally, with final polishing, finishing, stone setting, and assembly completed by me in studio. Product images are representative of the finished piece; no two handmade works are exactly alike.

ONE OF A KIND PIECES:
​
One-of-a-kind pieces are hand-carved and made without molds. Each OOAK work is singular and will never be replicated. Due to their nature, OOAK are final sale. Unless otherwise noted, they cannot be resized, adjusted, or altered.

RING SIZING:
​
Please ensure you select the correct ring size when placing your order. If you are unsure, I recommend visiting your local jeweler or a shop that sells engagement rings to have your finger professionally sized.
If you are local and would like to be sized by me personally, I’m happy to arrange that as well. Please reach out via email at jdinthestudio@gmail.com to coordinate. If resizing is required after purchase, it may be available for an additional fee. Availability and cost will vary depending on the design. Resizing services do not reset the original terms of sale.

REPAIRS:

If your jewelry requires repair, please email jdinthestudio@gmail.com with a description and images of the piece. I will review the request and respond with an estimate if the repair is possible. Shipping costs apply.

Damage resulting from improper care, accidental impact, or normal wear is not eligible for replacement.
​
JEWELRY CARE & WEAR:
​
Each piece is handmade and intended to be worn and lived with, but thoughtful care will help preserve its beauty over time. To extend the life of your jewelry, avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and household chemicals. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping. Natural oxidation and patina will develop over time, especially with regular wear. This is a normal and expected part of the life of handmade jewelry.
All orders include a care card with detailed guidance, which can be referenced whenever needed. If you require further assistance or have questions about caring for your jewelry, please reach out at jdinthestudio@gmail.com .

POLISHING & RE-OXIDATION:
​
If your piece ever needs refreshing, polishing or re-oxidation services may be available for an additional fee. Availability will depend on the design and materials. Please email for details and an estimate.

STONE & MATERIAL NOTES:
​
Certain materials require extra care. Pearls are particularly delicate and should be kept away from water, chemicals, and prolonged exposure to heat or sunlight. Always store pearls separately and wipe them gently with a soft cloth after wear. If your piece includes other delicate stones, mindful handling is recommended to avoid chipping or damage.
